Cipta Teguh Architects Sdn Bhd was formed by experienced architect practices, namely Ar. Lew Chieh Seong, Ar. Yee Yew Chuin, Ar. James Tong Weng Thye, and associate Ar. Lau Jit May, Ar. Pong Vui Thien, adviser; Datin Ar Prof. Madya Norwina Bt. Mohd. Nawawi and Dr. Ar Abdul Malek Abdul Rahman in order to provide a more conducive architectural service.
