ROOMAH+ - Concept Home 2030

The public had a say in their favorite designs throughout the last section of the competitors. Cipta Teguh Architects obtained greater than 1,200 votes to win the People’s Choice Award with their idea ‘Roomah+’, which portrays properties to be expandable to fulfill owners ever-changing wants.

The Inside Out House

A Tiny House for 2 people that would provide a comfortable living accommodation. The design and concept of the house should be innovative, creative and sustainable. The relationship between the house’s interiors and exterior surroundings should be taken into consideration.

RTS Link Station Facade Design

The competition involve developing a concept façade design for the new three-storey elevated station structure. It was held by PAM and MRT Corp. The Bukit Chagar Station will be where passengers board RTS Link trains for a five-minute train ride to Woodlands North Station in Singapore. Construction of the project is expected to be completed in 2026.
